Can I get a different graphic other than the ones shown on the site?

We've tried to offer a large variety of graphics and will from time to time add news ones.  If you don't see what you're looking for and have a simple graphic in mind, please contact us before ordering. If your requirement is very specific, please send us a picture/diagram because it's often difficult to imagine a graphic the same way that you might.

Will it cost extra for more graphics or letters? 

We will allow up to two graphics per sign at no extra charge and there is no charge by letter for wording. It's included in the base price of each sign. However, it is important that you consider the size of your chosen sign before requesting too much wording and/or graphics.

How long will it take to get my sign? 

We ask that you allow four to six weeks, but in most cases it takes less time.  During busy seasons, such as Christmas it may take more.  Watch the website for Christmas ordering deadlines. 

Can I get a proof or picture of my sign before ordering it? 

Providing such an option would require the purchase and installation of expensive software, and more time spent on sign creation, which would necessitate higher prices for our signs, so no, this option isn't available.  We prefer to keep our prices down. For very specialized signs, we will attempt to provide a layout sketch.  However, all of our signs are guaranteed and if you are not satisfied they will be redone or your money refunded upon return. We're confident enough in our product that we're sure you won't be disappointed.

How are the products finished to protect them from the weather, and what maintenance is required?

 All of our products are finished with five coats of Varathane Chrystal Clear Diamond Wood Finish, giving maximum UV protection. A light sanding and addition of another coat of finish every couple of years, should keep your products looking fresh.
